THE VISIT

A clear path,
built on the person.

During the first visit, an in-depth interview is conducted to gather information useful for understanding the origin of the problem and the context in which it manifests itself.

The assessment may include observation of certain movements and specific osteopathic palpation, aimed at identifying areas of tension, restriction, weakness, or overload. This analysis leads to an osteopathic diagnosis, shared with the patient, and a treatment aimed at restoring joint function, balance, and stability.

Interview and evaluation

The visit begins with a careful listening to the patient's history, symptoms, and specific needs, to better understand the cause of the disorder.

Osteopathic treatment

The treatment may integrate manual techniques on muscles, joints, spine, viscera, or skull, depending on the problem encountered and the objectives of the program.

Recovery and maintenance

Each session lasts an average of 30–45 minutes. When necessary, multiple sessions are scheduled, and preventive treatments can be offered to reduce the risk of relapse.

HOW IT WORKS

PREVENTION AREAS

Prevent, recognize , support

Osteopathic prevention accompanies individuals through the various stages of their health journey: from maintaining well-being to early recognition of signs of imbalance, and providing support for existing disorders.

PRIMARY PREVENTION

Interventions aimed at counteracting the causes, habits, and predisposing factors that can favor the onset of disorders.
At this stage, changes in habits, behaviors, or daily environment may be suggested.

SECONDARY PREVENTION

Early identification of signs, dysfunctions, or risk conditions, with the aim of promoting the recovery process and limiting the progression of the disorder.

TERTIARY PREVENTION

Support for established disorders, with the aim of reducing severity, complications, and functional limitations, improving management of the condition over time.

Each program is tailored to the individual, their medical history, and their needs, with the goal of supporting functionality, balance, and lasting well-being.

START A JOURNEY

The first step is to understand where to start.

Every osteopathic treatment begins with a careful assessment of the individual, their history, and their specific needs. During the first visit, relevant information is gathered, any movements are observed, and areas of tension, restriction, or overload are identified, allowing the most appropriate treatment to be determined.

An accurate assessment allows us to build a truly personalized path .
