Assessment:
The osteopath will assess posture, muscle function, and laryngeal structures to identify the root cause of any issues or as a primary preventive action in simply monitoring the use of the structures involved in vocal production.
Treatment:
The treatment may include manual therapy, self-treatment advice, ergonomic suggestions, and techniques to improve muscle coordination and respiratory support, also incorporating the singer’s current use of specific devices.
Osteopathy can help singers "fine-tune" their bodies, maintain tissue health, and prevent common issues through regular check-ups and personalized treatment and management plans.
